At Garments of Salvation (GoS), each piece is produced exclusively on demand. Accordingly, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Final Sale Policy
All products are made to order.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
This applies to, without limitation:
- Size selection errors
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor color or print variation
- Sale or promotional items
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please review your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number, clear images of the issue, and a brief description.
Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be accommodated.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable, including:
- Apparel and accessories
- Custom and print-on-demand products
- Items ordered in incorrect sizes
- Items damaged through wear or washing
- Gift cards and promotional items
4. Exchange
We do not offer exchanges.
Alternative sizes, colors, or styles require a new purchase.
5. International Customers
Garments of Salvation does not actively market or ship to the European Union.
If international shipping is introduced, applicable consumer rights will be disclosed at checkout.
6. Refund Processing
When applicable, approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:
- Have reviewed and accepted this policy
- Understand that all sales are final
- Acknowledge the made-to-order nature of our products
